Products and Custom Orders

We design, build, and sell custom industrial-style products, parts and accessories ("Products"). All Products are handmade or custom-fabricated to your specifications.

Custom Nature: Due to the custom design and handmade process, variations in color, texture, finish, wood/metal grain, welding, or dimensions may occur. These are not defects. Images on the site are representative only.

• Production and Changes: Once production begins on a custom order, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Changes after approval may incur additional fees and delays.

  Pricing and Payment: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties. 50% Deposit is due at order placement. Final payment is due at completion and before delivery/shipment.

  Shipping and Delivery: Products ship from our Arkansas location. We are not liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage after handover to the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. Contact us to arrange/discuss shipping or delivery.

  Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations: Due to the custom/handmade nature of our Products and Services, standard returns/refunds do not apply to custom orders once production starts.

  Warranties and Disclaimers: Products carry a limited warranty against material/workmanship defects for 1 year from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
