By using our website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

  • Production & Changes: Products are built on a made-to-order basis. Once production begins on a custom order, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Changes after approval may incur additional fees and delays.

  • Lead Times: Normal lead time is 4-6 weeks. Lead times are only an estimate and may vary based on workload, order quantity, type of product, material availability and outsourced services. We try our best to beat the given lead times but in the event of a delay we may push out the estimated delivery date. This will always be clearly communicated. For any updates on your order, please contact us.

  • Products Pricing and Payments: Payments can be made in full at placement of order or we will also accept a deposit of 30% to confirm your order. Final payment is due at completion and before delivery/shipment. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties.

  • Service Pricing and Payments: Services will be discussed and payment terms determined on a case by case basis.

  • Shipping/Delivery: Products ship from our Arkansas location. We are not liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage after handover to the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. Contact us to arrange/discuss shipping or delivery.

  • Custom Nature: Although we try to be as transparent and consistent as possible, due to the custom design and handmade process, variations in color, texture, finish, wood/metal grain, welding, or dimensions may occur. These are not defects. Images on the site are representative only.

  • Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations: Due to the custom/handmade nature of our Products and Services, standard returns/refunds do not apply to custom orders once production starts. If you are not satisfied with your product or service we will work with you to make it right, within reason.

  • Warranties and Disclaimers: Products carry a limited warranty against material/workmanship defects for 1 year from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
